Arts Week 11.01.19

Arts Week!

 

During our first week back we celebrated arts week. The children really enjoyed their week learning about a new artist, Tracy English, as part of our class art project. Tracy specialises in creating organic illustrations from pieces of paper that she has painted and drawn patterns on herself. The children started their project by drawing sketches of birds, then they made their own pieces of patterned paper for their collage before finally putting it all together to create some beautiful pieces of artwork.
