Nell Bank 9.1.19
Year 3 spent a day at Nell Bank where they enjoyed travelling back to prehistoric Britain. As a group, they built shelters from sticks just as Stone Age people had. They also attempted to light a small fire using different prehistoric tools, which as they discovered was not an easy task! The children enjoyed weaving baskets, learning about tools and creating cave paintings.
