Wonderdome!
The solar system was brought alive for year 5 today who were lucky enough to have a visit from the Wonderdome. This inflatable classroom turns into a planetarium and allows us to see all the all the planets in our solar system. We learned all about the search for live around the solar system and looked at some of the key events in space history.An astronomer talked us through the different conditions on each planet as we watched them from our space ship. She was incredibly impressed with how much we already knew and the quality of our questions. Well done year 5! What a fabulous day!
