Talk4Writing The Little Red Hen
This week we have started our new Talk4Writing unit based on The Little Red Hen. The children have been learning to retell the story orally using actions as a prompt. Yesterday, the children were given the illustrations from the story mixed up and they had to work as a group to reorder them. All of the children worked really well in their groups listening and sharing ideas in order to sequence the pictures.
