Year 4 have been enjoying the outdoors recently with an almost five mile walk across Ilkley Moor. Throughout the walk, the children showed great determination as it was tricky at times, with some very steep climbs along the path, but everyone persevered and kept going.  The clear weather was a real bonus, particularly for children in 4R, who were able to spot the Yorkshire Three Peaks in the distance. Throughout the five miles, the children kept a steady pace and supported one another along the way. It was a rewarding day out that gave the children a chance to appreciate the local landscape!
