The Leeds Local Offer brings together information about all the services available in the city for children and young people aged 0-25 who have special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities.

This includes information about:

  • Education support
  • Health Services
  • Social Care support
  • Play and leisure activities
  • Getting ready for adult life
  • Education, Health and care plans 

You can also drop in to any Leeds library or one stop centre for help to use the website and print off information.
