Spring 1 Week 5
In writing this week, we have been practising our oracy skills and using the conjunctions 'therefore', 'additionally' and 'on the other hand' to write sentences about what we like. In PSHE, we learnt about the dangers outside and how we can be safe. We know that it would be unsafe to ride a bike without a helmet and play near a road. In maths, we have continued with perimeter, finding this on regular and irregular polygons. We learnt that a regular polygon is a shape with equal sides and angles. On Wednesday we had India Day! Throughout the day, we did some research on festivals and food. We did some Bollywood dancing and made a lentil dhal.
