Bootcamp 07.06.19


We decided to be really mean and put the children through Bootcamp today! They began with a warm up of a gentle run around the field and then completed some interval training. The children practiced their squats, lunges, press ups, leg raises, teddy bear rolls and many, many more moves in order to build their core strength. The children were brilliant and put their maximum effort into every move. One child was moved to the star for persevering when running after losing their shoe! Another was put on the star for showing determination and concentration when holding a plank. By the end, the adults were exhausted and the children were rolling around laughing! Sports Day training continues next week...
