Duathlon 04.10.19

Duathlon

 

On Friday 4th October, two teams from Year 5 were involved in a duathlon event at the Brownlee Centre. The children had to run one lap of the running track, then cycle twice on a longer track and then complete another running lap.  The children were absolutely fantastic and gave it their all. They all said how much they had enjoyed the experience and were interested in taking part in a triathlon which the Year 5's will be involved with at some point in the year.  Well done to all the children who took part in the event and pushed themselves to complete the course!
