Iron Age 08.10.22
On Tuesday, the children learnt all about the Iron Age. Iron Age people in Europe were called Celts. We discussed how Celts lived in small clans that joined together to form tribes which were led by warrior kings. Rival tribes would invade each other and battle using weapons made from iron. They were extremely clever and many new inventions were made to improve daily life. Once we had learnt all about life in the Iron Age, the children then worked in small ‘clans’ to design a poster to incorporate all the information they had learnt today. They then presented their posters to the rest of the class, take a look below!
