In geography this week, we have been recapping on the seven continents of the world and have looked closer at Europe and the differences between the United Kingdom, Great Britain and the British Isles. Children used their knowledge of atlases and maps to create an accurately labeled map of the world and Europe. We extended our knowledge by using ordinance survey symbols to mark physical and human geographical features of Europe.
