Acrylic Painting Techniques 06.01.2022
To develop our final pieces further, Year 6 spent time experimenting with different ways of applying acrylic paints. We began by looking at 8 different techniques including sgraffito, scumbling and streaking. We then used a variety of colours to have a go at all these techniques, creating a board which we can then use to make decisions about what effects would work best for our final pieces.
