Geography Immersion 15.11.2022
To kick off our "Would you visit Yorkshire or the Swiss Alps?" learning challenge, we had an immersion afternoon to introduce the topic. We began by walking around the classroom looking at pictures of either Yorkshire or Switzerland. Then we tried lots of food (the best bit). In Yorkshire we tried cake, biscuits, cheese and Yorkshire puddings. In Switzerland we tried cheese and chocolate. We then looked at maps and worked out where these places were in relation to the world.
