World Book Day 02.03.2023

World Book Day 2023

On World Book Day, Year 4 took part in our dress up day. We had some amazing characters such as the hero of our class novel - Percy Jackson, Darrell Rivers from Mallory Towers, Harry Potter and friends, Alice in Wonderland and Willy Wonka! Throughout the day, we also took part in DEAR time; Drop Everything And Read. It was lovely to be able to enjoy our favourite books throughout the day. To finish off our celebrations, we challenged ourselves to a picture quiz. Staff from across the school took photos hiding behind their favourite book and the children had a fantastic time guessing who was who!
