Drama workshop

 

Today in our drama workshop we looked at the role that propaganda played in the first world war. The children used the form of debate to try to put forward ideas about why people should join the army and why people were reluctant at the time. They put forward some very persuasive arguments and managed to really think about how propaganda convinced so many people to join!
