Sunnybank Mills Trip

 

Today the children went down to Sunnybank Mills to find out a little bit more about the history of the mills and why they are so important to Farsley. The children took part in a variety of activities including: weaving, a tour of the archive and a special trial of the new Farsley Trail. The children really enjoyed all of the activities and are looking forward to learning more about the mill and comparing it to Salt's Mill in Saltaire.
