No! In short I really think you have got it right. Not only for the children but for the parents too. You added the personal touch and really understood how hard it is for mum/dad and child. If things could have been better, you've changed them. It feels like a safe, warm environment where you can be honest and speak up with an open ear in return.
None- I think everything was great and especially liked the parcel that was given to parents the first time they left their child at school (and yes it did make me cry!) Thank you.
