Baking bread 22.1.19
The children enjoyed baking bread as part of our 'Bread Day'. They went to the kitchen in groups, mixed the dough and kneaded it. The dough was left to prove and then later, the children each rolled a bread roll to be baked. Throughout the day, the children also ordered a set of instructions for making bread before having a go at writing their own.
At the end of the day, each child got to take home a delicious bread roll.
