National Science and Media Museum Trip
On Monday 27th March, as part of Science Week, Y6 visited the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford. The first part of the trip was visiting Wonderlab where the children were encouraged to think like a scientist and feed their curiosity. There were more than 20 mind-bending exhibits: hearing their voices echo through a 15m-long tube, getting lost in mirrors, making art using light to seeing objects through ulta-violet light and trying to make a big spalsh using sound waves. The children then went to a workshop all about space and the wonders of the universe, even witnessing an indoor rocket take off! Well done to all of our Y6; you were a credit to yourself and the school!
