Physical Maths 6B Set 29.04.2019

Mean Maths

Year 6 are working their socks off in preparation for their SATs in just a few weeks time. In maths, we revised the method of finding the mean. To do this we created our own sets of data. We used pedometers to find out how many steps we could do in 30 seconds, measured our heights and practiced our speed bounce before working out the mean for our group. It was fantastic to get out in the fresh air and revise in a slightly different way!
