As part of our commitment to engaging the children in learning about their local history, we undertook the Heritage England project in 2017, gaining the award in 2019. As part of our work with Heritage England, the children undertook lots of local history activities including tracking our village through the ages using different maps, learning about what makes history local and taking a tour of our village to understand more about its history.
