Maths:
Over the last couple of weeks in maths, year 3 have been working really hard to learn how to tell the time. We have predominantly focused on reading an analogue clock; firstly starting with o'clock, half past and quarter past and to. As children became more confident, we started to introduce 5 past the hour, ten past etc. Children have worked really hard practising this and would love to see them keep it up at home! We believe it is a really good life skill for the children to have!
