Today in geography, the children learnt a little bit more about the United Kingdom by creating a picture map using maps and atlases to plot on physical and human geographical features. First, they categorised existing features in the United Kingdom into human and physical, then they used symbols and a key to plot them onto their maps, along with their creative skills to produce super final pieces!
