Outdoor Adventurous Activities
Over this half term year 5 have been working with a coach from Leeds Rhinos. Sam has been teaching all a range of outdoor activities. So far we have worked together, testing our team work skills and our memories to be able to find letters which have been hidden in different places around the field. Today we took this one step further by working individually on our first orienteering challenge. We set off and were searching for a specific number. It was very frustrating as sometimes the numbers were hidden in different places and you had to search in many different places before you found the one you were searching for. From this, we then had to mark it on the map. We worked really hard and some of us even managed to find all 20 numbers and mark them on our maps. Well done, year 5!
