Moving up day - Year 1

We have had a fantastic time meeting Reception today!

 

Miss Groves and Miss Smith loved getting to know their new classes and were super impressed by their incredible reading and writing today. The children have had a lovely day learning about their new teachers, taking part in a No Outsiders lesson all about 'saying hello', showing off their funky dance moves and learning all about having a Growth Mindset. 

 

Next transition day, the children will be exploring their brand new classrooms and be set some challenges to complete throughout the day in order to encourage them to explore!
