India Day
Year Four had a fantastic time this week celebrating all that they have learnt over the last half term about India by participating in an immersion day all about the country! The children began the day by using some of the scarves and clothes that we had to dress up before completing a carousel of activities including cooking a lentil and spinach dahl, Indian dancing and researching an area of Indian culture that they were interested in. They completed their day by learning all about rangoli patterns, making their own rangoli patterns and taste testing their cooking from earlier in the day!
The videos from the dance workshop have been placed on Google Classroom if you would like to see them!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
