Colour Mixing 28.04.23
This term the children are going to be creating a mixed media art piece to depict the Great Fire of London. The first stage of this was to revise their knowledge of colour mixing. We learnt about primary colours and how you mix them to create secondary colours. We also used different amount of red/yellow to create shades of orange. Some children had a go at creating new names for their colours. 'Hot Lava' was a particular favourite.
