At Springbank, we are committed to keeping healthy and building healthy habits so this year we are going to be making use of a fabulous resource called Classroom Workouts by The Body Coach, Joe Wicks. Year 6 were feeling a little bit lethargic half way through our English lesson this morning so we completed a high energy, mind and body boosting workout. The five minute workout gave us the energy boost we needed to produce some excellent diary writing and get our minds back buzzing with ideas.
