Parts of a Flower

 

This week the children have started their new Science learning unit which is all about living things and their habitats. In their first lesson, the children learnt all about flowering and non-flowering plants before learning about the different parts of a flower. To embed their learning, the children then dissected a flower to see if they could remember which part was which!
