Children's Mental Health Week 03.02.20

Children's Mental Health Week: 

On Monday, the children took part in a 'mental health week' carousel. In each section of the carousel, children learnt a different strategy which would help them cope if they were ever feeling sad, worried, anxious or even 'stressed'. They took part in different activities such as: origami, Just Dance, mindfulness colouring and team games. We discussed how these strategies could help if we were ever feeling down!
