Arts Week
Arts Week! The theme this year was animals. In Year 3, we were given big cats to focus our class art on. Our art projects have involved creating detailed sketches of big cat faces and making a final piece using sketching, oil pastels and collage as well as painted backgrounds.
In addition to this, the children have participated in a variety of exciting art activities. These have ranged from 3D art to printing, singing and drama to poetry and painting. They have also experienced performances from the musical band, Trio Globo, where they listened to variety of music from around the globe.
