Computing 7.11.2023

On Tuesday, Year 6 began looking at their next unit of computing work which is based around the work carried out at Bletchley Park during World War 2. The children looked at what a cipher was and we discussed why codes are used. This linked to our topic work around Alan Turing. As part of the lesson, the children were tasked with becoming Bletchley Park codebreakers - something they thoroughly enjoyed! If you would like to have a go - please see the cipher sheet below. Could you have been a Bletchley Park codebreaker?
