Our workshop with Veolia!
On Friday, the children had a virtual workshop with Helen from Veolia, the Leeds Recycling Centre. Helen taught the children all about recycling and how recycling happens in Leeds. She also talked to the children about the types of materials that we can and cannot put in our green, black and brown bin. Finally, the children completed 'their pledge' to decide how they are going to be a better recycler to help us save the Earth!
