Edward Lear 04.10.22
Art project - Edward Lear:
As part of this term's art project, Year 3 have completed an artist study on Edward Lear. We have discovered that Lear was an illustrator, as well as a poet. During his time in Italy, he worked for the Zoological society drawing birds until his eye sight deteriorated and then he moved on to drawing landscapes.
The children had a go at creating a double page spread, using Lear's work to inspire them. Take a look at some of our lovely art work!
