Year 2 have continued their learning of animals and their habitats, we looked at many different habitats and what animals may live there. We also learnt about food chains in various habitats. We then researched different animals and created our own food chain!
In English we have been learning all about plastic pollution and the impact it has on our oceans, this week we had the opportunity to write a speech about plastic pollution and speak in front of our classmates for 1 minute. We then reflected on our own speech whilst also giving feedback to our peers.
In Art we had the opportunity to use different media such as watercolour, wax and sponge dabbing to create a water effect, we have analysed each type of media and will choose the most effective for our final piece.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
