Art - water experimentation 05.05.22
Today the children used different media to experiment with creating water and water effects in the style of David Hockney's famous swimming pool art. They used watercolour paints with salt, crayon rubbings, collage, paint dabbing with sponges and wax resist with watercolours.
The classrooms looked like an explosion of blue, but the final results were worth it and the children produced some excellent effects, experimenting with colour and tone.
