Scaled Timeline Lesson
As part of our World War One topic, the children worked together in groups to be able to put the historical topics they have learned about (and some they haven't) into the correct order, scaling them across their time line. We used different colours of washi tape to show the events and periods which took place in Britain and those which place elsewhere. The children were surprised by how many topics they had covered which overlapped with each other.
