Come and Try Ice Skating!

This week, a group of year 4 children went to a Come and Try Ice Skating event at Planet Ice, Elland Road. The children had a lesson on how to skate, learning how to move forwards, backwards and how to stop safely. We also had chance to meet a professional ice hockey player, Bobby Streely! The children had a super time and learnt lots of new skills.
