Dear Zoo - Talk for Writing
Last week we began our first Talk for Writing unit based on Dear Zoo. The children learned to retell the story using actions and then we made a whole class story map using illustrations. This week, the children have begun to create their own story maps based on the story. Our next step is to reinvent the story using farm animals! I wonder what will get sent back next...
