Food tasting 18.11.24

Food tasting:
For part of our D.T project, the children have to design a healthy meal based around a tomato sauce. In preparation for this, we had a food tasting afternoon where the children got to try a range of cooked foods such as courgette, mushrooms and penne pasta. The children then rated the food based on taste, texture and smell. From this tasting session, children will then pick which ingredients they would like to include in their recipe on restaurant evening.
