5J’s ‘Go Wild’ Birdwatching Adventure! 🐦🌿
This week, 5J had another fantastic Go Wild session, focusing on birds and their habitats. We started by identifying different bird species, learning how to spot them in the wild.
To help our feathered friends, we made bird feeders using pine cones, lard, and bird seed—perfect for providing food as we move into spring. We also put our creativity to the test by building our own nests, thinking about how birds carefully construct their homes using natural materials.
It was a brilliant morning of outdoor learning, teamwork, and connecting with nature! Take a look at our photos to see us in action. 🐦🌳😊
