Autumn 2 Week 3
This week, the children were continuing to write their descriptive narratives of Lucy walking through the wardrobe in writing. The children have learnt to include a range of devices including personification, fronted adverbials and similes. In PE, we have been learning to travel in gymnastics and pass in hockey. In maths, we have been learning our times tables! We have been focusing on the 9s, 7s and 11s. In science, we constructed a simple circuit and identified the different components.
