Outdoor learning - Summer 2
This half term, year 3 have been doing outdoor learning with Go Wild. They have participated in a range of activities in the wildlife area of the school field.
In week 1 and 2, the theme was fairies. The children first made fairy houses, using any natural resources they could find. They then wittled sticks to create fairy wands.
In weeks 3 and 4, the children learnt about different types of trees. They went on a tree hunt around the school grounds, using books and other resources to help them. They then printed using leaves.
