Hockney Inspired Swimming Pool 22.05.25

This half term, our talented Year 2 pupils have dived into the world of art, taking inspiration from the iconic swimming pool paintings of British artist David Hockney. For their final piece, each child created a vibrant and imaginative artwork of themselves in a swimming pool, reflecting Hockney’s distinctive style while adding their own unique flair. We have been truly impressed by the effort, thought and time each pupil has dedicated to their work. It has been a joy to see how confidently they embraced the project and how differently each artwork has turned out!
