Cartwright Hall 25.04.25
This half term we are starting a new project all about David Hockney, exploring his unique techniques and distinctive styles. To kick off our learning, we visited Cartwright Hall where we had the opportunity to view some of Hockney's works. Inspired by his approach to art, the children experimented with techniques that he famously used, such as painting, use of ipads and sketching. We finished the day with some time at the nearby park, it was a fantastic day and a wonderful way to start our new project!
