    Well done to our Year 5 Hockey Team who played some fantastic hockey today at Weetwood Sports Grounds. Even though these children had very little time to prepare for the tournament they finished 8th out of 40 schools in Leeds and should be extremely proud of themselves. Well done!

  • Reception win 'Best decorated tree' in local competition

    Harron Homes donated a Christmas tree to our school because they were holding a competition for the “Best decorated tree” amongst the local schools.  We gave the donated Christmas tree to Reception and they put all their efforts into decorating it beautifully as you can see from the photograph.

     

    Today we were delighted to find that we had won the competition! We will receive £500 to buy books for Reception which is great; we will be asking the Reception children for ideas about books they would like to have in school.
