Trip to Leeds Discovery Centre 02.05.2025

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Leeds Discovery Centre this week to learn about fossils. First, we did a workshop where we learnt about the different types of rocks: igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary. We then took part in 3 activities to look at different rocks, fossils and also at how rocks are separated. 

 

After, we then got chance to look around the amazing store at the Discovery Centre. The children were absolutely WOWED by what they saw.
